Job description

Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and website inquiries to create opportunities for sales. Prospecting: Researching and qualifying leads to determine their level of interest, needs, and purchasing potential, and prioritizing them based on their fit with the company's target market and sales objectives. Outbound Sales: Initiating outbound sales activities to engage prospects, present product or service offerings, and pitch value propositions to persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a sales appointment. Inbound Sales: Responding to inbound inquiries, requests for information, and product demonstrations from leads and prospects, providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to convert them into customers. Sales Presentations: Conducting virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and online meetings using video conferencing tools, screen sharing, and presentation software to showcase product features, benefits, and use cases effectively. Sales Calls and Meetings: Making outbound sales calls to prospects, scheduling and conducting sales meetings, and following up on leads to build relationships, address objections, and move them through the sales pipeline toward closure. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized engagement to nurture leads, overcome objections, and drive sales conversions. Sales Support: Providing sales support to customers and prospects by assisting with inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have to ensure a positive buying experience. Sales Collateral Development: Creating and updating sales collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales scripts to support sales efforts, communicate key messages, and reinforce value propositions to prospects. CRM Management: Managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports to analyze sales performance and forecast future sales trends. Sales Training: Participating in sales training sessions, workshops, and ongoing learning opportunities provided by the company to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, call volumes, and pipeline velocity to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
