Job description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT). Customer Engagement: Engaging with prospects and customers to understand their needs, interests, and challenges. Educating customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting virtual or online product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Addressing customer questions, objections, and concerns to facilitate the sales process. Quoting and Proposal Development: Creating and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers. Negotiating terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Order Processing and Follow-Up: Processing sales orders and coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment and delivery. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address post-sale inquiries, and secure repeat business. CRM Management: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Generating reports and analyzing sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. Market Intelligence and Research: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities. Providing feedback to marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with sales teams, marketing departments, and support staff to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction. Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
