Job description

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Conducting outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify and qualify potential customers. Researching and understanding target industries and markets to tailor sales pitches effectively. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Engaging with leads and prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying motives. Building rapport, establishing trust, and nurturing relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel. Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. Addressing customer questions, objections, and concerns to facilitate informed purchase decisions. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Following up on leads, sending proposals, and managing the sales process through to closure. Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Monitoring sales pipeline metrics, forecasts, and performance indicators to prioritize efforts and achieve sales goals. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating with sales teams, marketing departments, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives. Providing regular updates, reports, and insights on sales activities, outcomes, and market trends.
