Job description

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and website inquiries. Research and qualify leads to determine their potential as prospects. Outbound Communication: Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce products or services, present solutions to their needs, and qualify their interest and readiness to purchase. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and following up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and effectively communicate this information to prospects to showcase value propositions. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations or demonstrations to prospects, highlighting key selling points and addressing specific needs or pain points to drive interest and engagement. Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts based on customer requirements and negotiations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policies and pricing strategies. Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software or sales tracking systems, updating prospect information, recording interactions, and monitoring progress through the sales pipeline. Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with external sales representatives, account managers, and other team members to support sales efforts, share information, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to closing. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress towards targets, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to management. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to remain informed and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment, and seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by management, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and determination in pursuing opportunities and closing deals. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with products or services, relay this feedback to relevant departments for improvement, and use it to inform sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
