Sales Process Optimization: Implementing and optimizing sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitoring sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Providing guidance and support to inside sales representatives to enhance their sales techniques and closing skills. Lead Generation and Conversion: Overseeing lead generation activities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns. Ensuring leads are qualified, tracked, and effectively managed through the sales pipeline. Implementing lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into qualified opportunities and closed sales. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Monitoring customer interactions and providing guidance on handling complex or escalated issues. Collaborating with account managers and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Facilitating communication and coordination between inside sales, field sales, and other cross-functional teams.
