Job description

Team Leadership: Leading and managing the inside sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Setting Sales Targets: Setting clear sales targets and goals for the team and individual team members, and ensuring they are aligned with the overall sales strategy and company objectives. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and meet or exceed sales targets. Sales Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing the inside sales process to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and providing regular reports to senior management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Overseeing the use of CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to the inside sales team to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the market. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts. Sales Forecasting: Forecasting sales projections and contributing to the development of sales budgets and plans. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating regularly with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and marketing strategies. Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and promoting ethical conduct among the inside sales team.
