Job description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and businesses that fit the company’s target market through research and lead generation activities. Initiating contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate sales opportunities. Qualifying Leads: Conducting thorough qualification of leads to assess their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes. Determining the viability and potential for sales opportunities before passing qualified leads to the sales team or moving forward with the sales process. Product or Service Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations or demonstrations of products or services to prospects using virtual platforms or web conferencing tools. Highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to address customer needs and pain points effectively. Consultative Selling: Engaging in consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and position products or services as valuable solutions. Building rapport and trust with prospects to foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective customers to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets. Overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closure. Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Monitoring and managing sales pipeline metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales forecasts, and revenue projections. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborating closely with sales managers, account executives, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Providing feedback from prospect interactions to inform marketing campaigns, product development, and sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and competitive advantages. Participating in ongoing training, workshops, or professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Generating regular reports and dashboards to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and present insights to management.
