Lead Generation: Prospect and generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities. Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a good fit for the products or services offered by the company. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and online meetings with prospective clients to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services, and address any questions or objections they may have. Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach by asking probing questions, actively listening to customer needs, and providing tailored solutions or recommendations that align with their requirements and objectives. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets, using persuasive communication skills, objection handling techniques, and value-based selling strategies. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention, excellent customer service, and ongoing support throughout the sales process and after-sales service to foster loyalty and repeat business. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and opportunities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tracking tools, and track sales activities, progress, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely and effective follow-up with leads and prospects. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify additional opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products or services to existing customers based on their needs, usage patterns, or feedback, and maximize revenue potential through strategic account management. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, performance indicators, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts to sales management for analysis and decision-making. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitive insights by monitoring industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and share relevant information with internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, specifications, applications, and benefits, and continuously update your product knowledge through training sessions, product demonstrations, and self-study to effectively communicate value to customers.
