Job description

Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and targeted outreach. You research target markets, industries, and companies to identify potential customers and qualify leads based on their interest and fit. Customer Outreach and Engagement: Initiating contact with prospects and engaging them in conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and buying preferences. You introduce products or services, educate prospects on their features and benefits, and position them as solutions to address customer pain points and add value. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting virtual sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase products or services and illustrate their capabilities and advantages. You tailor presentations to the specific needs and interests of each prospect and address any objections or concerns they may have. Consultative Selling: Adopting a consultative sales approach to understand customer requirements, offer personalized solutions, and build rapport and trust with prospects. You ask probing questions, listen actively to customer feedback, and provide recommendations or insights to guide purchasing decisions. Proposal Development and Quoting: Developing customized proposals, quotes, or pricing plans based on customer requirements and preferences. You prepare written proposals, presentations, or quotes outlining product features, pricing, terms, and benefits to facilitate decision-making and move prospects through the sales process. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to secure new business opportunities. You address objections, overcome obstacles, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements that result in signed contracts or sales orders. Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process. You update CRM systems or sales tracking tools with relevant data, prioritize sales activities, and follow up with leads to ensure timely progression and closure. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Monitoring sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to assess progress towards sales targets and goals. You prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries or requests, address customer concerns or issues promptly, and follow up with customers to ensure ongoing support and engagement. Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance sales effectiveness and performance. You participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities, seek feedback from peers or mentors, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge to drive success in the role.
