Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to sales by asking probing questions to uncover guests' motivations, preferences, and pain points. Offer personalized recommendations and solutions that align with their needs and interests. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort's features, services, and amenities.
