Job description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential customers or leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting virtual or phone-based sales presentations, demonstrations, and product/service pitches to prospects. Consultative Selling: Understanding the needs, challenges, and pain points of prospects and recommending appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to foster trust, credibility, and loyalty over time. Closing Sales: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Pipeline Management: Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Collaboration with Sales Support Teams: Working closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to coordinate efforts, address customer needs, and optimize the sales process. Market and Product Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the company’s products or services to effectively position offerings in the market. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess performance against targets and goals. Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Participating in training programs, workshops, and self-development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
