Collect and maintain accurate records of leads in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for follow-up and tracking purposes. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the dealership's or company's products and services, including automobiles, parts, accessories, and service offerings. Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers in a compelling manner. Consultative Selling: Listen to customer needs and preferences to identify suitable products or solutions that meet their requirements. Offer personalized recommendations and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services effectively. Highlight key features, advantages, and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and incentives with customers to secure sales agreements and close deals. Overcome objections and address concerns to alleviate customer hesitations and objections. Order Processing: Facilitate the order process by accurately documenting customer requirements, preparing sales quotes or proposals, and processing sales orders. Coordinate with internal departments, such as inventory management and logistics, to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues or inquiries. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
