Training and Development: HR managers coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies. They assess training needs, develop training plans, and facilitate training sessions or workshops on topics such as leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training. Compensation and Benefits: HR managers design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. They conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, and make recommendations on salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
