Job description

Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, completing new hire paperwork, and providing information about company policies, benefits, and culture. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Investigate employee complaints or conflicts and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees. Identify areas for improvement and support employee development initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee growth and career development. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive compensation practices. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Update policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation or organizational needs. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Implement initiatives such as employee recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work environment. HR Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee information, payroll, benefits, and HR activities. Prepare reports and filings as required. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to address workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development needs.
