Job description

Recruitment and Hiring: Planning, organizing, and managing the recruitment and hiring process for new employees, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, which may include orientation sessions, paperwork completion, introduction to company policies and procedures, and training programs. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve issues effectively and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or development. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating employee development initiatives to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities within the organization. Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, employee benefits (such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation), and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms. Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and government requirements at the local, state, and federal levels, and providing guidance on legal issues related to employment practices. HR Administration: Overseeing HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing employee leave and attendance, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. Strategic HR Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and policies that align with the organization's goals, objectives, and values. Employee Safety and Wellness: Promoting employee safety, health, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and implementing programs to support employee well-being.
