Job description

Recruitment and Staffing: Develop recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and selection criteria to attract and hire qualified candidates. Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and candidate selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies, procedures, and culture. Provide support and guidance to new hires to help them acclimate to their roles and the organization. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Mediate disputes, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions or resolutions as needed to maintain a positive work environment and employee morale. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills, competencies, and career growth opportunities. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees seeking professional development and advancement. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Conduct salary surveys, analyze compensation data, and make recommendations for salary adjustments and benefit enhancements. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure consistency and fairness in HR practices and decision-making while mitigating legal risks and liabilities. Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through recognition programs, employee feedback mechanisms, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee morale. Organize team-building activities, social events, and employee appreciation activities to foster a positive work environment. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects differences among employees. Implement diversity training programs, establish diversity metrics, and foster an inclusive culture that promotes equity and fairness for all employees. HR Information Systems: Oversee HRIS implementation and maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee data, records, and HR metrics. Utilize HRIS tools and reporting capabilities to analyze HR data, track key performance indicators, and support decision-making. Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring efforts, and workforce planning activities to align human resources with business objectives. Partner with senior management to develop and implement organizational development strategies that drive growth, innovation, and sustainability. Employee Safety and Wellness: Ensure employee safety and wellness by promoting workplace safety programs, health and wellness initiatives, and employee assistance programs. Collaborate with safety committees, conduct safety training, and address workplace hazards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
