Job description

Recruitment and Staffing: Planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from job posting to offer negotiation. Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies, culture, and procedures. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing training programs, and coordinating employee development initiatives to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization. Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and facilitating goal setting and performance improvement plans as needed. Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations, and fostering positive employee relations and a supportive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary surveys, analyzing compensation data, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices within the organization. Policy Development and Compliance: Developing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keeping abreast of changes in employment legislation and best practices. HR Administration: Overseeing HR administrative functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee satisfaction surveys. HR Strategy and Planning: Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and providing HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
