Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement. Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Policy Development and Implementation: Developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations, and ensuring consistent enforcement across the organization. HR Administration: Overseeing HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and handling employee documentation. Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, and staying updated on changes that may affect HR practices. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and contribute to its overall success.
