Job description

Recruitment and Staffing: Leading the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. Developing job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts or disputes in a fair and impartial manner. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Identifying training needs, designing curriculum, and coordinating training delivery through internal or external resources. Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems and processes to evaluate employee performance, set performance goals, and provide feedback and coaching. Conducting performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and recognition programs. HR Policies and Compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and advising management on compliance requirements. Employee Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Administering benefits enrollment, processing claims, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits. Employee Engagement and Retention: Developing strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conducting employee surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment and improve employee morale. HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing HR data and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and workforce demographics. Generating reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Facilitating conflict resolution and mediation processes to address workplace conflicts and grievances. Acting as a neutral mediator and facilitating discussions to find mutually acceptable solutions. Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership, guidance, and direction to HR staff members. Building and managing a high-performing HR team, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
