Job description

Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies, culture, and values. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies. Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development opportunities. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and address employee concerns. Workforce Planning and Succession Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies and succession plans to meet current and future organizational needs. Identify key talent and develop plans for talent retention and development. HR Metrics and Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Use data insights to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and standards, including equal employment opportunity (EEO), labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and health and safety standards. Employee Wellness and Wellbeing: Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee health, wellbeing, and work-life balance. Provide resources and support for mental health, stress management, and work-life integration. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace through recruitment practices, training programs, and policies that foster a culture of belonging and respect for all employees. HR Technology and Systems: Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee self-service capabilities. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, innovation, and growth through effective human capital management.
