Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Coordinate job postings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers. Onboarding and Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate orientation sessions, complete necessary paperwork, and provide relevant information about company policies, procedures, and benefits. Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee growth and career advancement. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and set performance goals. Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and recognize high performers. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, review, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Update policies as needed to reflect changes in laws or company requirements. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, payroll records, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics and data to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.
