Managing exit interviews and conducting exit formalities for departing employees. Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts. Providing guidance and counseling to employees on HR-related matters. Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Promoting a positive work culture and fostering employee morale. Performance Management: Administering performance appraisal processes and tools. Providing support to managers and employees in setting performance goals. Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback. Identifying training and development needs and coordinating training programs. Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. Managing payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handling employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll. Conducting salary surveys and analyzing market trends to ensure competitiveness. HR Policies and Compliance: Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
