Job description

Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the selection of qualified candidates. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary information, paperwork, and resources to integrate smoothly into the organization. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Address employee relations issues promptly and confidentially, providing guidance, mediation, and conflict resolution as needed. Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment. Performance Management: Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions. Assist managers in providing constructive feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and engagement. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs. Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership development, and skill enhancement. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and salary reviews. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies regarding wages, overtime, and benefits. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on their interpretation and application. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and safeguard employee privacy. HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile HR metrics and analytics to assess key performance indicators, track trends, and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports on recruitment, turnover, training, and other HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning. Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in employment laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, and other legal requirements governing employment practices. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging.
