Recruitment and Onboarding: You would be involved in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. This involves coordinating with hiring managers, preparing job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations is a key aspect of the role. You would handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Building positive relationships with employees and fostering a supportive work environment is essential. Performance Management: You would oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. This involves working closely with managers to ensure that performance expectations are clear and that employees receive constructive feedback to support their development. Training and Development: Facilitating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies is part of your responsibility. This may involve identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. Compensation and Benefits: You would assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensuring that compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant with regulations is crucial. HR Policies and Procedures: You would help develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. You would stay informed about relevant legislation and proactively address compliance issues to minimize legal risks for the organization. This may include conducting employee surveys, organizing team-building activities, and recognizing employee achievements. HR Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports and analyzing data to provide insights into HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness. This information helps inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Conflict Resolution: Mediating conflicts and resolving disputes between employees or between employees and management in a fair and impartial manner.
