Job description

Cleaning: Performing general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas. Bed Making: Changing bed linens, making beds, and ensuring they are neatly made with clean sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. Laundry: Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing laundry items such as clothes, towels, and linens, and returning them to their designated areas. Bathroom Maintenance: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors, restocking toiletries and amenities, and ensuring bathrooms are sanitary and odor-free. Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning kitchen surfaces, appliances, cabinets, and countertops, washing dishes, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas. Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and recycling containers, replacing trash bags, and disposing of waste in designated areas. Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, carpets, and rugs to remove dirt, dust, and debris and maintain a clean and presentable appearance. Surface Disinfection: Using appropriate cleaning products and disinfectants to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. Organization: Organizing and tidying up rooms and common areas, including arranging furniture, decluttering surfaces, and storing items neatly in closets, cabinets, and drawers. Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve streak-free and spotless results. Specialized Cleaning: Performing deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, grout and tile cleaning, and polishing wooden surfaces as needed. Room Setup: Assisting with room setup for special events, meetings, or guest arrivals, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and preparing amenities. Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities, and informing management when supplies need to be restocked. Maintenance Reporting: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed in the property to the appropriate department or supervisor for prompt resolution. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, or clients by addressing their needs, responding to requests, and ensuring their satisfaction with housekeeping services.
