They ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care needs and maintain a positive work environment. Facility Management: Hospital administrators oversee the maintenance and management of hospital facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. This involves ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
