Job description

Assisting with Manual Tasks: Help with physical tasks such as lifting, moving, carrying, and organizing materials, equipment, or supplies. Provide support to other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas, restrooms, or common spaces. Stocking and Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and replenishing supplies as needed. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. Assembly and Setup: Assist with assembling furniture, equipment, or displays according to instructions. Set up rooms, booths, or event spaces for meetings, events, or presentations. Transportation and Delivery: Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting goods, equipment, or products using hand trucks, carts, or other tools. Deliver items to designated locations within the facility or to customers as required. Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks: Run errands such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, or fetching items from storage. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders. Assisting Customers or Clients: Provide assistance and support to customers, clients, or visitors as needed. Answer questions, direct inquiries, and ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, or hazards in the workplace. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, colleagues, or departments to accomplish tasks and achieve common goals. Communicate effectively and share information to ensure smooth operations.
