Job description

Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents to help keep the office organized and efficient. Office Maintenance: Assisting with office maintenance tasks such as cleaning common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is in working order to create a comfortable and functional work environment. Running Errands: Running errands such as picking up and delivering mail, packages, or office supplies to ensure that essential items are available when needed. Assisting with Meetings and Events: Helping to set up and clean up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and providing logistical support during meetings, conferences, or events. Supporting IT Needs: Assisting with basic IT tasks such as setting up computers, printers, and other equipment, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and escalating more complex issues to IT support staff as needed. Providing Customer Service: Assisting customers or clients by answering phones, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department, and providing basic information or assistance as needed. Supporting Financial Processes: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling receipts, and preparing expense reports to support the finance or accounting department. Assisting with Special Projects: Providing support on special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors or managers, such as conducting research, compiling data, or assisting with presentations. Maintaining Inventory: Assisting with inventory management tasks such as counting and tracking inventory, organizing stockrooms, and replenishing supplies as needed. Adhering to Safety Procedures: Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others, including wearing appropriate protective gear and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
