Job description

General Assistance: Assist with general tasks such as sorting mail, filing documents, photocopying, and organizing office supplies. Help set up meeting rooms, prepare refreshments, and greet visitors or clients as needed. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms. Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and ensure recycling practices are followed. Support Services: Assist other staff members with tasks as requested, such as running errands, making deliveries, or providing support during events or meetings. Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, or responding to emails, under supervision. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries of supplies or equipment. Keep track of inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following safety protocols and procedures. Report any safety hazards, incidents, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to customers or clients, such as directing them to the appropriate department or assisting with inquiries. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to accomplish tasks and achieve common goals. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
