Job description

Assisting with Daily Tasks: Provide assistance with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, organizing, tidying up, and running errands as needed. Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with basic maintenance and repairs, including minor fixes around the house or office, gardening, and general upkeep of the property. Supporting Other Staff: Assist other staff members or team members with their tasks and responsibilities, providing support and helping to lighten their workload when necessary. Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful customer service to clients, guests, or visitors, assisting them with their needs and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory items, as well as conducting inventory counts and maintaining accurate records. Setting Up and Cleaning Up: Help with setting up for events, meetings, or gatherings by arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and preparing refreshments. Assist with cleaning up and tidying the space afterward. Assisting with Special Projects: Support special projects or initiatives by assisting with tasks such as research, data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed. Handling Deliveries and Packages: Receive and handle deliveries, packages, and shipments, ensuring that they are sorted, stored, or distributed correctly. Assisting with Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as helping with dressing, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living for individuals who may need support. Safety and Security: Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment by following safety protocols, reporting any hazards or incidents, and taking appropriate measures to prevent accidents or injuries. Running Errands: Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, dropping off mail, or any other tasks that require going outside the premises. Adaptability and Flexibility: Be willing to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, taking on new tasks and challenges as they arise and demonstrating flexibility in your role.
