Housekeeping Support: Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. This may include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and replenishing supplies. Maintenance Assistance: Help maintenance staff with routine tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, landscaping, and performing minor repairs to ensure the resort's facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition. Food and Beverage Service: Support kitchen and dining staff by assisting with food preparation, serving meals, clearing tables, and washing dishes. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in food service areas. Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests as needed, including carrying luggage, providing directions, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Strive to create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests throughout their stay. Event Setup and Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, meetings, weddings, and other functions held at the resort. This may involve arranging furniture, setting up audiovisual equipment, and decorating event spaces. Groundskeeping: Assist groundskeeping staff with tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and grounds maintenance. Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained to enhance the overall appearance of the resort. Laundry Services: Help with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and guest clothing. Ensure laundry facilities are kept clean and organized. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by receiving, storing, and organizing supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, notify supervisors of shortages, and assist with restocking as needed. Safety and Security: Maintain awareness of safety and security procedures and report any safety hazards or security concerns to appropriate personnel. Follow established protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors in various departments to accomplish tasks and achieve common goals. Communicate effectively and support others as needed to ensure efficient operations. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and skill development activities to enhance job knowledge and performance. Seek feedback from supervisors and actively strive to improve job skills and competencies.
