Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner. Event Setup and Breakdown: Help set up and break down event spaces for weddings, conferences, meetings, and other special events. Arrange furniture, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and other items according to event specifications. Laundry Services: Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and guest clothing. Ensure that laundry facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by adhering to safety protocols, following emergency procedures, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and stock management for supplies, equipment, and amenities. Monitor inventory levels, restock items as needed, and report any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
