Hallmark Verification: Checking for hallmark stamps or other identifying marks on gold items to confirm their authenticity and purity, and cross-referencing with hallmark databases or reference materials. Assessment of Value: Determining the current market value of gold items based on factors such as weight, purity, market trends, and the prevailing price of gold. Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers to explain the appraisal process, discuss the value of their gold items, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of gold appraisals, including detailed descriptions of items appraised, test results, appraisal values, and customer information.
