Surgical Planning and Decision-making: Develop surgical treatment plans based on the diagnosis, severity of the condition, patient's overall health status, and treatment goals. Determine the most appropriate surgical approach, techniques, and procedures to achieve optimal outcomes for patients. Surgical Procedures: Perform a wide range of surgical procedures across various specialties, including abdominal surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, endocrine surgery, breast surgery, hernia repair, trauma surgery, and elective procedures. Utilize advanced surgical techniques, minimally invasive procedures, and laparoscopic surgery when appropriate. Preoperative Preparation: Prepare patients for surgery by providing preoperative instructions, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring that patients are medically optimized and adequately prepared for the procedure. Order preoperative tests and assessments to assess patients' suitability for surgery and identify any potential risks or complications. Intraoperative Care: Perform surgical procedures in the operating room, working collaboratively with anesthesia providers, surgical assistants, nurses, and other members of the surgical team.
