Continuing Education: Stay updated on advances in surgical techniques, technologies, and medical research through continuing medical education (CME) activities, conferences, and professional development opportunities. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes to evaluate surgical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
