Primary Healthcare Services: Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses, from common colds to chronic diseases. Conducting routine medical examinations and preventive screenings (e.g., vaccinations, health checks). Patient Consultations: Conducting thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess patients' health status. Listening to patients' concerns, symptoms, and providing medical advice and treatment options. Prescription and Referral: Prescribing medications and treatments based on diagnoses and medical guidelines. Referring patients to specialists or other healthcare providers for further evaluation or specialized care. Health Promotion and Education: Educating patients on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention. Promoting healthy behaviors and practices to improve overall well-being and reduce health risks. Emergency Care: Providing immediate medical care for acute illnesses, injuries, and emergencies that patients may present with during clinic hours. Medical Records and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records of patient consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions. Ensuring compliance with medical ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory standards. Skills and Qualifications: Medical Education: Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Residency Training: Completion of residency training in Family Medicine or General Practice. Licensure: Licensure as a physician through passing national medical licensing exams. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, explain medical conditions, and treatment plans clearly. Clinical Judgment: Ability to make informed decisions based on clinical assessments, diagnostic tests, and medical evidence.
