Serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for patients in navigating the healthcare system. Continuity of Care: Providing ongoing medical care and follow-up for patients over time to monitor their health status, track treatment progress, and adjust management plans as needed. Medical Documentation: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.
