Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Managing Facilities: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, and coordinating with maintenance staff for repairs or improvements as needed. Handling Payments: Processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Security: Monitoring access to the premises, issuing visitor badges or passes, and following security procedures to maintain a safe environment. Communication: Communicating important information to staff or visitors, such as policy changes, emergency procedures, or event updates. Technology Skills: Using computer software for tasks such as word processing, email, scheduling, and managing databases.
