Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence. Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails, distributing them to the relevant recipients. Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the reception area and ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked. Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the organization. Security: Monitoring access to the premises and ensuring security procedures are followed. Record-Keeping: Maintaining records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information. Problem Solving: Resolving any issues or complaints raised by visitors or clients efficiently and professionally. Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
