Floor Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Also, coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards. Floor Supervisors are usually employed by hotels and are responsible for keeping hotel premises clean and organized, supervising housekeeping activity, coordinating room attendants, ensuring guest satisfaction and solving complaints. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
