Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing information about features, specifications, and pricing. Your goal is to ensure a positive shopping experience and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by your company, including their features, benefits, and uses. You should be able to effectively communicate this information to customers and answer any questions they may have. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management. This may involve upselling or cross-selling additional products, accessories, or services to increase the value of each sale. Lead Generation: Proactively approaching customers on the sales floor, identifying their needs or preferences, and recommending products or solutions that meet their requirements. You may also follow up with leads generated through marketing initiatives or customer inquiries. Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating the features and functionalities of products to customers, highlighting their benefits and advantages. This hands-on approach helps customers make informed purchasing decisions and increases their confidence in the products. Order Processing: Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems or other sales management software. This includes handling cash, credit card transactions, or other payment methods and issuing receipts or invoices. Merchandising: Ensuring that products are displayed attractively and prominently on the sales floor to maximize visibility and sales opportunities. This may involve arranging product displays, replenishing stock, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in your assigned area. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, following up on purchases, and addressing any post-sale inquiries or issues. Developing a loyal customer base through excellent service and rapport-building efforts. Market Intelligence: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new products or sales strategies. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and market dynamics. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, including other sales executives, managers, and support staff, to achieve overall sales objectives and provide seamless customer service. Sharing best practices, assisting with training new team members, and contributing to a positive work environment.
