Product Demonstration: You demonstrate products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions. This may involve providing hands-on demonstrations, explaining product functionality, and answering questions about the product. Assisting Customers: Floor Sales Executives assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. This includes listening actively to customers' requirements, offering recommendations based on their preferences, and providing personalized assistance throughout the shopping process. Cross-Selling and Upselling: You identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or accessories to customers. This involves suggesting complementary items, upgrades, or related products to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales revenue. Processing Sales Transactions: Floor Sales Executives process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the organization's point-of-sale (POS) system. This includes ringing up purchases, processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing exchanges or returns as needed. Maintaining Product Displays: You ensure that product displays are well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with inventory. This involves arranging merchandise according to display guidelines, replenishing stock as needed, and keeping the sales floor clean and tidy.
