Staff Management: Staff Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. Performance Management: Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or disciplinary matters promptly. Customer Service: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Overseeing customer interactions to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Handling escalated customer concerns or complaints effectively. Customer Engagement: Encouraging staff to engage with customers, offering assistance, and promoting products or services to enhance sales opportunities. Operational Efficiency: Workflow Management: Coordinating daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensuring that tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing are completed timely and according to standards. Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and coordinating with purchasing or warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring Compliance: Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures to create a safe environment for employees and customers. Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies or incidents on the floor, following company protocols to ensure the safety of all individuals. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meeting Sales Targets: Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Promotions and Merchandising: Implementing promotional activities, displays, and merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
