Setting sales targets, goals, and incentives for sales teams. Tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue. Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of vehicles or parts. Monitoring stock availability, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers or manufacturers to replenish inventory as needed. Operational Efficiency: Implementing efficient operational procedures and workflows to streamline processes. Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and budget adherence. Controlling costs, managing expenses, and maximizing profitability through effective resource allocation and revenue generation. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and advertising initiatives. Driving customer traffic and increasing brand awareness in the local market. Facilities and Maintenance: Overseeing facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. Ensuring equipment, tools, and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.
