Team Leadership and Management: Supervising and leading a team of floor staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and providing training and development opportunities. Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer service excellence. Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times by monitoring interactions, resolving customer complaints or issues promptly, and fostering a customer-focused environment. Interacting with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and enhance overall customer experience. Operational Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned area, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures. Monitoring and optimizing operational efficiency to meet business objectives and financial targets. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards or compliance issues. Inventory and Stock Management: Managing inventory levels and stock replenishment processes to meet customer demand and minimize stock shortages or excess. Implementing inventory control measures and procedures to optimize stock turnover and reduce shrinkage. Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to assess productivity, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement. Analyzing financial reports and sales data to make informed decisions and recommendations for achieving sales targets and profitability. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and workshops for floor staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational efficiency. Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster professional growth and development among team members. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between floor staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and alignment of goals. Participating in meetings, briefings, and planning sessions to discuss business objectives, initiatives, and operational updates.
