Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise the staff working on the floor, including sales associates, servers, hostesses, and other team members. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Training and Development: Train new staff members on job responsibilities, company policies, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance. Scheduling and Shift Management: Create and manage staff schedules, taking into account staffing levels, peak business hours, and employee availability. Monitor attendance and manage shift changes or replacements as needed. Customer Service: Ensure that high-quality customer service is provided at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Lead by example in delivering exceptional service to customers. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels on the floor, including monitoring stock levels, restocking merchandise, and conducting inventory audits as necessary. Coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure accurate stock counts and prevent stockouts or overages. Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance on the floor and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and goals. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to optimize sales and improve performance. Promotions and Marketing: Implement promotional activities, displays, and marketing initiatives on the floor to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively. Safety and Security: Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed on the floor to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and respond to any safety concerns or incidents. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation on the floor. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that merchandise displays, signage, and fixtures are well-maintained and visually appealing. Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration with other departments, such as the management team, sales team, operations team, and support staff. Coordinate with other departments to address issues, share information, and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
