Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funds are available for operating activities, debt service, and capital investments. Implement cash management strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize financing costs. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's profitability, liquidity, or solvency. Develop risk management policies and procedures to safeguard assets and protect against potential losses. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements. Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity and transparency. Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations for capital allocation, asset allocation, and investment strategies. Monitor investment performance and adjust portfolio holdings as needed to optimize returns and manage risk. Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing accurate tax returns, reports, and payments. Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. Identify opportunities for automation and digitization to drive productivity and scalability. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance, analysis, and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, investors, and lenders.
