Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. This involves providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them succeed in their roles. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This includes setting sales targets, identifying target markets and customer segments, and devising tactics to reach and convert potential customers. Training and Development: Providing training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales team members against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. This involves providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Territory Management: Assigning sales territories and territories to team members, optimizing coverage and ensuring that each territory is effectively serviced to maximize sales opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This involves conducting sales visits, attending meetings, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, as well as informing sales strategies and plans.
