Customer Prospecting: They prospect potential customers in assigned territories or markets to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities. They develop strategic prospecting plans, prioritize target accounts, and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales potential. Client Engagement: Field Sales Executives engage with prospects face-to-face to understand their business requirements, address their inquiries, and present solutions that meet their needs. They conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to educate prospects about the company's offerings and value proposition. Relationship Building: They build and nurture relationships with prospects to establish trust, credibility, and rapport. They maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged throughout the sales process and address any concerns or objections they may have. Sales Pitching: Field Sales Executives develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of the company's products or services. They tailor their pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect and differentiate the company from competitors. Sales Negotiation: They negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with prospects to close deals and secure new business. Pipeline Management: Field Sales Executives manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle.
