Market Intelligence Gathering: Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge. Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales service. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships and foster repeat business. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
